We have a great event planned for Monday night, Ron Miller owner of Cork & Cracker (winner of 2016 The Indy A-List) and Rob Garber with GrayBull Wine (Indiana Distributor of Wine & Beer) will be bringing in a great variety of wines to get you ready for those holiday dinner parties. Don't expect to find the usual wines you might know, come and taste some new and exciting wines from around the world. We will match each wine with an exciting food pairing.
Many home cooks could use help with choosing aperitif wines for stand-alone sipping, as well as lighter wines for seated first courses. There’s always Sparklings, which we’ll sample, but what are the most interesting (or less expensive) alternatives? Finally, what dessert wines are the most versatile and widely enjoyed, and what desserts work best with them? We’ll consider a range of wine types that will surprise you and maybe even give you some great new wines to serve for the up coming holidays.
Along with the wine we will be serving creative tapas through-out the evening that might work for you and your holiday event.
