We will go over the following:
- How to shop for the freshest vegetables
- Clean and prep your vegetables
- Slice and dice your vegetables
- How to properly cook vegetables
Chef Gordon will also have a demonstration on how to make vinaigrettes with Artisano's oils and vinegars. We will conclude class with dinner, organic wine and a sweet dessert.
