Mom's got "CLASS"

Mom's Got "Class"

Need an idea for Mom for Mother's Day? Bring her to a class specifically created for mom's.

This will start out as a hands-on class with each guest will make their very own Caesar Salad with Chef Gordon leading the way. After that, you will sit back and SIP specially chosen wine and enjoy a fabulous meal prepared by Chef Gordon so mom doesn't have to cook tonight.

Menu:
  • Caesar salad and your homemade dressing (each person will take home a jar of the dressing they made)
  • Southwestern Corn Salsa topped with a handmade Crab Cakes
  • Grilled Asparagus
  • Special desert with homemade ice cream made in class.

Pizza Making Class-HANDS-ON

“Perfect Pizza Making” - Hands-On Class $55 per person

It is time to bring your imagination to the table and learn the secrets to making the perfect pizza. Yes, you can make restaurant quality pizza in your home kitchen, and during this class the talented Chef Gordon will guide you through the proper steps of making a delicious homemade pizza.

You will start out by learning the art of creating pizza dough from scratch. Get ready to have some fun in the flour. Only a few ingredients, can create different types of crust and flavor to the dough itself. This dough is all yours to enjoy at home and share a new creation of pizza for your friends and family.

Next up is a lesson in rolling out the pizza dough and creating a vast variety of pizzas complete with different delicious toppings. We take pride in using only the freshest and best ingredients, and they will be ready for you to create the perfect pizza masterpiece.

Next, the pizza will hit the grill. While waiting for your pizza creation in the oven, feel free to sip on a glass of wine.

TUES May 24th 7PM-9:30PM

"Fish"-The fundamentals of choosing, buying, and cooking fish on Cedar 
Plank. 

$65 per person
We will teach you how to take the first steps in creating a perfect fish dinner starting with identify quality fish. We will also show you how to properly store, freeze and thaw fish, so you can enjoy one of the healthiest and most delicious foods.

Chef Gordon Gomila will take you through de-boning a fish and several ways of preparing a variety of fish and top it off with a great meal. Each Peron will grill their own salmon and take home their cedar plank

Menu:
  • Cedar Grilled Salmon from Scotland (best salmon you will ever taste)
  • Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts and Farro
  • Grilled Tuna on a Bib Salad 
  • Wine
  • Desert
You will learn the differences between lean and oily fish and how to prepare fish for cooking. You will also learn how to retain moisture when cooking fish and how to test fish for doneness. 

By understanding just a few key fundamentals, you can ensure moist and juicy fish every time. We will finish the evening with a great meal.
