Let's Have some Wine and Jambalaya

David Burcham, Owner of Artisano's Oils and Spices is back as our Chef for this evening's preparation. He will be making a traditional Cajun Jambalaya made with Artisano’s Sofrito, Andouille Sausage, Chicken, Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, and Rice. Each order comes with a green salad with an Artisano’s specially created vinaigrette, plus a mini cornbread loaf and our famous compounded honey butter.
The meal includes the Jambalaya, one bottle of Sugar Creek wine per person, your choice (Champagne excluded), one glass of Sugar Creek Rio Tinto port style dessert wine and a dessert all for only $59 per person. Gratuity and tax not included.
