Everything Bagel Seasoning

Our Everything Bagel Seasoning Blend features an iconic blend of poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion flakes, caraway seeds, garlic flakes and coarse salt. Crunchy, fragrant and packed with savory flavor.

Try as a topper for avocado toast, pizza, popcorn, corn on the cob, baked potatoes and sweet and savory baked goods of all types.

Use to season omelets, grilled fish, veggies, and more.
Granulated Molasses

When we received our first sample of granulated Black strap molasses I instantly knew that it would be a hit in several new barbecue and grill blends. Perfect for adding that signature crust that helps lock in flavor and moisture that all great grill rubs have.

Molasses provides the rich, complex flavor and sweetening power of Molasses in a dry, easily stored form. It is ideal for dry seasoning and baking mixes, as it adds the flavor of Molasses without adding liquid.

Cream of
Tartar

Cream of Tartar is mostly used as a stabilizing agent, added to beaten egg whites to increase their stability and volume when whipped.

This makes it extremely useful in the production of meringues and soufflés, two foods that rely heavily on beaten egg whites for their texture and structure.

You can create your own baking powder by combining ¼ teaspoon baking soda and ½ teaspoon cream of tartar. It’s also good for cleaning copper cookware - just mix it with water to make a paste and rub onto your pots and pans.

Honey Powder
Honey powder, like liquid honey, can be used as a sweetener or flavoring. In powder form, the consistency is much easier to maintain, making it perfect for dry rubs and cake, cookie or bread mixes.

Great sprinkled over hot and cold cereals, ice cream and on seeds and nuts before roasting. Additionally, honey powder is great for both hot and cold drinks like coffee and tea, lemonade and fruit drinks.
Chipotle BBQ Seasoning
Chipotle peppers are jalapeno peppers that have been ripened, dried and smoked. Milder than fresh jalapenos, they have a distinct smoky flavor.
Chipotle is outstanding incorporated into barbecue. It amplifies the flavor of smoked meat and adds a slight earthy spiciness to sauces.

We add granules of honey to accent the chipotles' rich spice with a light, natural sweetness. The resulting spicy-sweet combination is excellent as a dry rub for barbeque or mixed into homemade barbeque sauces and marinades.
