| | Cooking Class Schedule for January 2019 - Thursday January 17th, 2019 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm New Class-Shakshuka Cooking Class A delicious Middle Eastern egg dish made on the stovetop. Vegetarian, gluten free, healthy and tasty. (can be a breakfast, brunch or dinner meal)
- Wednesday January 23rd, 2019 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm - STEW TIME- Boeuf Bourguignon" is a classic French beef stew that hits all the right notes this time of year. It also has so much culinary education to share within its recipe structure that we decided to base an entire class on its creation. Come see why it merits its very own night at our school.
- Thursday January 31st, 2019 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm - Paella. Making your own Spanish Paella. The famous dish of Spain, paella is a feast for all the food lovers with the signature saffron hue to its heavenly scent and incredible flavor. In this hands-on class, our instructor will introduce you to the authentic Spanish ingredients that make paella so uniquely delicious. We'll show you how to prepare the sofrito and stock base and share secrets to achieving the allusive socarrat. This class is based on teams of 2 and each team will take home 1 14 inch paella pan.
