(we will feature 6 chefs over the next 6-7 month) Demonstration Class
The first class will be an up and coming Chef from Washington DC, his new restaurant was recently voted the #2 in America by Bon Appetit.

Chef Gordon will take several of Tom's favorite recipes and recreate them with just a hint of Artisano's twist.
- Course One: Pork, Vegetable, and Tamarind Stew
- Course Two: Ukoy-Shredded Sweet Potato and Carrot Fritters
- Course Three: Yellow Chicken Adobo with Coconut -Vegetable Slaw
- Course Four: Leche Flan
