| | We have several new items that just arrived- Grilled Lemon Balsamic Vinegar- Tangy, light, and sweet with a faint grilled taste – giving a wink and a nod to that classic Mediterranean grilled lemon flavor, this white balsamic vinegar is utterly delicious and a fantastic addition to your pantry. It makes for the most scrumptious salads throughout the year.
- Vinoso Barrel Aged Red Wine Vinegar- this beautiful wine vinegar is garnet red in color, slightly tannic on the finish, and has a lower acidity than most aged wine vinegars on the market at 4.5%. Combine it with any of our olive oils, some finely minced garlic, a smidgen of Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt and there you have it; the perfect salad dressing! Just a spoonful of this fantastic vinaigrette is enough to brighten up any salad.
- Moscatel Barrel Aged Wine Vinegar - An exceptionally fruity, balanced, and sweet vinegar made from Moscatel Fino wine and matured using the Spanish solera method, our Moscatel Wine Vinegar hails from Jerez, Spain, and has a 6% acidity grade; we recommend using it for finishing seafood salads, butter lettuce, or fruit-based desserts.
- Champagne Wine Vinegar from Reims (back in stock) Reims vinegar and champagne have always been inseparable. It is made out of the sediments collected from champagne bottles and then aged in oak barrels. Its delicate flavor makes it the perfect companion for cooked vegetables, sauces and meats. It adds a uniquely smooth and lightly woody taste to your gourmet vinaigrettes.
