Subject: Artisanos Cooking Schedule February

WE HAVE TWO OUTSTANDING HANDS-ON CLASSES IN FEBRUARY
We have been working hard on a great FEBRUARY schedule. We are excited to introduce two new cooking class option. 
  • FEBRUARY 9TH AT 7:00 pm-PIEROGI CLASS-With our hands-on class, you will discover how to prepare fantastic, savory pierogi under the careful eye of Chef Gordon
  • FEBRUARY 22ND, AT 7:00 PM-TAMALES CLASS-HANDS-ON, Chef Gordon will teach you how to make Pork and Chile Guajillo Tamales, Oaxcan Black Bean and Chicharon Tamales and Chicken and Salsa Verde Tamales.

    The class will include how to make masa the traditional way, how to prepare the fillings, season it and how to fill, fold and steam tamales and some ideas and samples of traditional drinks to go with the tamales
Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class. You can register online or call the store (317) 251-4100. Be sure to notify us of any dietary restrictions in advance and we will TRY to accommodate your needs.

Please note that a limited number of seats are available. If you have a large group please call the store 317-251-4100 to book your class. If the class you are interested in attending is sold out please put your name on the wait list because we do have cancellations from time to time.

Cancellations require 2-day advance notice for any class cancellation (1 week for groups larger than 4). You will receive store credit usable towards the purchase of another class of your choice. In the event Artisano's cancels the class, you will be notified as early as possible and you can apply the credit towards a future class, to use on products or we can provide you with a full refund.

*Artisano’s in house Chef Gordon Gomila  has nearly 20 years of service industry experience. From Louisiana to Alaska Chef Gordon has worked in fine dining and high volume establishments. A Graduate of The California Culinary Academy Chef Gordon has been providing a unique in home catering experience in Indianapolis since 2003.
