AI Agents Vs. RPA

I have been quiet on whether I think Ultimate Insiders need to run and learn Clade Cowork and Claude Code or even the broader category of AI Agents.

Learning either one of them before you understand what an Agent or automation needs to do will lead to a temptation of focusing on the solution instead of the problem it is designed to solve. I know this is true because in one on one conversations with Insiders when I onboard them, to a person...they are overwhelmed with keeping up with all of the "AI" announcements.

I have been asking my primary AI Gemini questions that I suggest you begin asking to the one that you use. And that is:

Based on the processes that I do every day, how much can they be automated?

I can't speak for everyone, but the AI has been answering that question by saying that my processes are already pretty efficient. I think that is the nature of our our niche. All of us internet marketers, big or small, newbie, intermediate or expert are all pretty close to the sale.

There really isn't much room for squeezing more efficiency out of recruiting and/or training affiliates to sell or the flipside selling as an affiliate. There probably isn't that much fat to cut out of your process.

However, when I spelled out to the AI what I am doing for a launch:

It (Gemini) suggested that I do NOT outsource.

It (Gemini) further suggested instead that I use RPA (Robotic Process Automation) FIRST, and then use Agents for the rest. Then either have a tech to create an app or use Google Antigravity to create my own no-code app.
