He Will Provide Peace by Sonja Burketh

Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; 6 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:5-7 ESV

Few things are as unsettling as uncertainty. Facing the unknown. Yet we are told that even when facing trying times we’re not to be anxious. But to pray and offer thanksgiving as we share our deepest fears and concerns with God. By doing so He has promised He will provide a peace that we won’t understand.

One thing we can be certain of is God holds the answer to everything we don’t. He knows what’s going on with all our situations. He has enough love and care for us to handle them in ways that’s best. This truth itself is enough to rejoice. This truth is all we need.
