God's faithfulness endures and is always available to us. Faithfulness is part of who God is. It refers to His absolute reliability and firm constancy. And it also reflects His steadfast love and loyalty toward His people. God is faithful to every promise in His Word. Here are but a few examples of His great faithfulness:
God is faithful to care for us and give us victory over temptation . His presence resides with us at all times. In trials and temptations His grace is only a prayer away. He stands ready to pour out His grace when we but call upon Him.
"God is faithful and will not let you be tried beyond your strength, but with the trial he will provide a way out…" 1 Corinthians 10:13
God is faithful to forgive us . As the lyrics of the great hymn states, morning by morning new mercies we see. What a comfort to know His mercy always greets us.
"If we acknowledge our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from every wrongdoing." 1 John 1:9
God is faithful to the divine call on your life . God will be faithful to His creation, for He formed you for purpose and destiny. He will never let you go, even to the end. His call on your life will be accomplished as you submit to Him. Great is His faithfulness!
"The One who calls you is faithful and He will also accomplish it." 1 Thessalonians 5:24
