Rosamara is unique starting from the grapes: tiny crops from the finest, lake-facing exposures. The grape skins remain in contact with the must for a very short time and vinification occurs just hours from pressing, during the night, and requires great winemaking sensibility to gauge the perfect balance between subtlety and structure, and the precise nuance of color. The wine is a gorgeous, luminous shade of shell pink; the bouquet is floral, fruity, ample and intense, recalling mayblossoms, black cherries and pomegranate. Well balanced and silky on the palate, with a subtle, pleasing almond finish; very persistent, characteristically fresh and appealing.
