Thralls Family Cellars is a producer in thrall of nature crafting wines of elegance, restraint and balance that represent the place from where they were grown with minimal intervention in the winery. Grapes are hand sorted, gently processed and fermented via ambient yeasts in small lot micro bins. Wines are unfined and unfiltered prior to bottling.
