Rheingau, Germany
Sourced south-facing slopes of the upper and middle Rheingau on vineyards dominated by loess and loam mixed with quartzite. Harvested early and immediately whole cluster pressed at a very gentle pressure. After overnight settling, the juice is racked to stainless steel where it is fermented in a slow and cool fermentation.
