THE WINE
This is a blend of 70 % syrah, 25 % carignan, 5% grenache noir and mourvèdre .The grapes are all hand-picked then are fermented in stainless steel tanks and finally aged 9 to 10 months in oak foudres. (600L puncheons).
TASTING NOTES
Color: Dark purple
Aromas: Purple fruits expression such as blueberries, blackberries, earthy, guarrigue notes.
Palate: Full body, blackberry, blackcurrant, hint of earth, silky texture and smooth tannins.
Food Pairing: Lamb chops, rabbit or duck rillette pâté, burger, hanger-steak...
