Blanc de Blancs blend of 80% Pinot Blanc and 20% Pinot Auxerrois

This is an absolute superb Alsatian sparkling. Lined with an abundance of spiced pear, baked apple and a sprinkling of cinnamon on the nose, then leaning into a more tropical taste on the palate of pineapple, agave and honey. Finishing dry, bright and yeasty.
Crémant d’Alsace was awarded AOC status in 1976.
The estate grapes are sustainably and dry-farmed, hand-harvested and the wine is produced by the same method as Champagne with secondary fermentation in the bottle and aging on the lees to add character and depth to the finished wine.
