Domaine Génot-Boulanger is a family estate run by Aude and Guillaume Lavollée, 4th generation vignerons. Located in Meursault, they started working with organic farming in 2008 and got the certification in 2012. Their goal is to harvest clean and quality grapes without restricting nature. They work soils throughout the year favoring the continual existence of healthy microbes in the soil.
