Certified Biodynamic & Organic. The grapes are harvested by hand, mostly destemmed and ferment naturally in glass-lined cement tanks without any additives. The wine ages for twelve to eighteen months in a combination of barrels (never new) and cuves.

60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc

The wine has beautiful purity and elegance. Delicious!
