First Look! Snowbirds Commemorative Lancaster Scheme

To celebrate the Snowbirds' 55th season, we have temporarily marked one side of our Lancaster in the scheme of a wartime 431 Squadron RCAF aircraft.

Canadian-built Lancaster KB773 served at Croft, Yorkshire, England, and returned to Canada after the war having participated in a total of 46 operations. These markings depict the aircraft as it would have appeared after 32 missions in honour of the Bomber Command crews of 431 Squadron, the same squadron as the Snowbirds.
