Something in my body has been activ8ed and reset. I lost 8.5 pounds, and 6.5 inches.
Before the Live Activ8ed Pilot Program, I was at my heaviest weight ever and had reached a point of hopelessness as far as weight loss. I was put on my first diet when I was 13. When I look back at photos, I was not a fat kid, I was just growing. But that experience imprinted a poor body image and the start of body shame.
For the Live Activ8ed pilot, I dreaded getting on the scale and taking measurements. The pitch of ‘feel it in 15 minutes, see it in 15 days’ is so true. When I took my first dose of the products I felt a higher vibration, a resonance in my body. I was happy for no reason. I wanted to move my body more. At night I slept deeper and longer. I no longer desired foods that didn’t support my body or energy. It wasn't a diet. I could eat whatever I wanted. However, cookies, chocolate and pizza did not fall in my grocery cart. I didn’t give up anything, I just had no desire.
On day 5, I had lost 3 pounds and 4.5 inches off my body! By day 15 those 3 lbs stayed off and I lost more inches between the measurable areas. I took after photos and I couldn’t wait to share them with everyone in the program as the change was visible, the most significant was the joyful smile on my face as I have reconnected with my body and I loved what I saw!!
Another bonus effect for me, was decreased knee pain and increased flexibility and mobility. I have 17 stairs up to my home and during the first week my movement going upstairs was greatly improved.
The Live Activ8ed Program was a game-changer for me. I was able to stay happy even through some difficult family stress. I didn’t diet one bit but felt aligned and internally guided towards what to eat and how to move my body. I wanted to take a walk outside after work. By day 15 when I looked in the mirror or at photos I no longer cringed but loved what I saw. To my surprise and delight, I lost another 5.5 pounds and 2 inches!
