Here’s how: Pose a question to your subconscious just before you fall asleep… do expect a meaningful answer when you awaken.” Another amazingly effective tip that Lakein suggests is a simple question that you can ask yourself when you are awake, “What is the best use of my time right now?” These questions have the power to steer you in the right direction so you can focus on achieving what you really want.
