Happy New Year to one and all! Court Services has continued to do great work throughout the Department in 2016, and has a lot going on moving into 2017. We are happy to continue this newsletter, which allows us to share with you some of what we are doing, to shine a light on Community Partners, and to share other pertintent information. The Court Services Team looks forward to continued and expanded collaborations with stakeholders, exciting new opportunites and making a difference in the lives of our citizens. Alachua County Work Release Program
The Alachua County Work Release Program is a minimum-security detention facility that allows sentenced adult offenders to work in the community, contribute to the cost of their incarceration, and pay financial obligations to the Court while participating in the program. The program uses a behavior-based privilege system that encourages self-responsibility and accountability. Read more about it.
