Hi Friend,

When we're stuck with our writing, I have seen the number one thing that helps people get unstuck...

and that's community --

some kind of community:

whether it's just going to a community writing group to hear a speaker and just meet other writers,
whether it's a critique group,
whether it's co-working or writing sprints.

Interesting thing about being a writer, at least that I've been so aware of over the years how solo it is.

But actually, we write to be read.

We write to be part of a larger conversation.

Our books are sitting on the shelf with other writers' books.

We don't write in a vacuum.

We are living a life, and sometimes a very busy life at that.

So that's what prompted my friend, client, and colleague (yes, all three!), Gala Russ, to start to offer her Write Your Novel, summer session.

Part accountability, part learning, part inspiration, and cheerleading.
