The Risk of Living a Creative Life: Should vs. What?

tl:dr.

The next How To Write The Future podcast episode is up!

Topic: The Risk of Living a Creative Life: Should vs. What?

Listen, watch, or read the post (full transcript) here:

Hi Friend,

I'm back from traveling in the UK visiting family. I had a lovely time being away and getting that distance from -- everything.

While away, I also started the editing process on my current WIP and that feels so good. Every little step I take means I'm shaping this new story into the next better version of it.

Stepping away from my normal daily life also helped me think differently about how I've been running my business. New things coming!

Overall, I'm applying the artist's mindset of seeing anew.

You can do the same with your life and your creative work.

I touch on this in this week's episode...

“To be an artist, we must step away from the norm to be able to see it for what it is. A collection of rules past generations used to navigate their world.”

In “The Risk of Living a Creative Life: Should vs. What?" podcast episode #53, I share:

  • how to have the courage to step away from your past into a creative new world

  • actionable steps you can take to follow your dream

If you want to explore The Risk of Living a Creative Life: Should vs. What, listen to this episode.

** What actions steps can you take today to follow your dream?

Hit reply and let me know. I'd love to hear.
