Story is powerful. Story is all around us and with us from the beginning of our lives.
Not sure what exactly draws me to write stories. I only know that from a young age I wanted to tell them, write them, but didn't know how.
Perhaps because it was hard I was drawn to wanting to master story telling.
Perhaps because I'll never truly master this art is why I persist, and why I teach the art, craft, and business of writing novels. (Yes, I admit -- I love a challenge.)
