Hi Friend,

I was lucky that my old boss asked me what I really wanted to do and what popped out of my mouth -- without thinking -- was that I wanted to teach.

She shrugged and said that there wasn't a need for that in her business. I'd been her office manager.

It was so clear what I needed to do -- leave to start my own business.

What a scary and liberating realization!
