Hi Friend,

You know when you're minding your own business listening to science YouTube videos learning new things for, you know, research for your novel... (It's all research!)

... and the speaker says something that makes you pay attention... and it wasn't about the science -- though all that was so fascinating.

What I heard Amy Webb say was: "I'm an endurance athlete."

And I perked up and said to myself, "I want that."

And surprised myself.

Not because I haven't been athletic -- I have.

But because I haven't been athletic lately.

All this to say, I was reminded that I value being active... and I really want to be doing more.

As a women of a certain age (yeah, menopausal) I need to re-work all my habits.

What do you value?

And getting read!

And maybe:

providing joy
play
adventure
exchanging value, i.e., getting paid
