As you may have read in our newsletter before, Miyuki charges an additional surcharge for beads that also contain gold. This applies not only to gold-plated beads but also to other beads that require gold in the production process. For a long time, we were able to ignore the price fluctuations, but prices have now increased so much that it currently means a 110% surcharge.

Therefore, we are regularly forced to increase prices for items with a TGS surcharge. On the page ‘Overview price changes’ under ‘Already Ordered,’ you can see all the items already purchased whose prices have been adjusted.

Some items were ordered a long time ago, which means the high TGS surcharge does not yet apply. We only increase prices for items where we already had to pay a high TGS surcharge.
