Fun & Easy New Projects
Some NEW projects below and a revisit to a couple of old ones!

More new projects are in the works and will be added soon!

This little Bead and Sequin Wreath Ornament just needs a few beads, a few sequins, a piece of ribbon and half of a chenille wire. Fast, fun and easy to add a bit of sparkle to your holiday decorations. It could even double as a napkin ring or as an additional touch in decorating a gift.
OK, this one is just fun! The Tiny Christmas Tree Ornament uses different sizes of sequins for the tree "limbs" and seed beads for the tree "trunk" and topper. A larger, flat sequin forms the tree's skirt. They are all connected with inexpensive floral wire. So tiny, but sparkly and fun!
Some craft felt and some pom poms turn into this little Felt Squares Christmas Tree. Lots of pieces, but they are fast to cut. Just add small dabs of glue to build the tree and apply the pom poms for decoration. Oh so fun and easy!
This one is an oldie but a goodie. A friend visited before the holidays and brought her sweatshirt that I did for her many years ago. Now living in a warmer area, she wanted me to fix the sweatshirt such that she didn't have to wear a shirt under it. We decided to put a red t-shirt knit material behind the lace insert. It worked perfectly. All you need to do is follow the steps for the Sweatshirt with Battenburg Lace project seen in the image above. Then, cut a piece of knit material larger than the lace insert and sew it behind the lace. Follow the same stitching path that you used to insert the lace. Trim away any excess knit, and you have a pretty sweatshirt for milder temperatures.
Remember the little Tulle and Chenille Christmas Tree project from a couple of weeks ago? My friend and I made a version for her to take to her mom. She wanted to add a base to make it a bit sturdier and easier to transport. Afterwards, I made another as a small gift, and the base does make it much easier to carry. All you need to do is cut a circle of cardboard slightly smaller than the tree skirt. After the tree is constructed and the skirt placed around the chenille wires, glue the skirt to the cardboard circle. Just easy.
Look at this cheerful little pansy. It's a fun calendar for the new year! You can find the Purple Pansy Calendar in the funEZ Bazaar along with other products too.
These fun little Coffee Glass Magnets work for the home or office. I cut each piece of paper, weave it into the over and under Celtic designs and glue them to the small glass tiles. The back of each tile includes a strong magnet to hold those important papers. This and other hand made items are available from Knots and Niceties on etsy.
More projects are planned and will be added to the web site in the near future.
