Here's wishing you and yours a happy and safe Thanksgiving holiday.
I'm including one project that is versatile across many holidays and celebrations.
I initially thought of this project as the Thankful Advent Calendar. Now it's the Holiday Advent Project.
But, it can also be a fun addition to other celebrations such as baby or bridal showers, Easter, school's out (or in) and other events.
I also include a way to use it for the Thanksgiving holiday - not as an advent calendar but as a way for people to say thanks.

Use the funEZcrafts pattern to make the envelopes with the turkey design.
Guests can write their thankful messages on the inside, fold the small envelopes and place them in a basket or bowl.
The basket can be a "thankful" basket to represent life's bounties as you celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday.

| Here's another version that uses numbered envelopes - 25 of them - and a tree design as an advent calendar for Christmas. Each day a new message is written and the envelope reversed to show the countdown to the holiday. |
