Latest News from the Constitution Party of Texas - 9 March 2011

To our CP Texas Family:

They said it couldn't be done!

They say opportunities come around only once.

You have said, "If only we could be on the ballot...."

Well this is one of those times.

Below you will see a recent article about a State of Alabama House race whereby it now comes down to the Republican party vs the Constitution Party.

Our friends in Alabama need our help in a big way. They have the once in a lifetime chance to get a CPer elected. In Judge Roy Moore's backyard no less. Here is how you can help:

1. Donate to the campaign (how about donating one nights dinner per week to get a CPer elected?)
2. Offer to make campaign phone calls on behalf of the candidate
3. Share the campaign Facebook page with all your friends

Here we stand: A real chance at electing someone who shares your beliefs, your values, your goals:

Constitutionally Limited Government - Just like the Founders Envisioned

What a dream....that could come true with your help today.

And don't forget to tell them you're from Texas and you are here to help.

For God, Family and our Republic,

Bryan Malatesta

a Republican and a Constitution Party Nominee

Bill Atkinson for Alabama House District 105
Bill Atkinson

Alabama will hold a special election on June 28 to fill the vacant seat in the State House of Representatives, 105th district. The legislator elected in November 2010, Spencer Collier, resigned in January to take a job in the executive branch of state government. The election will be between Bill Atkinson, the Constitution Party nominee, and whoever wins the special Republican primary on March 22.

The Constitution Party qualified to run in this special election by submitting a petition signed by at least 235 valid signatures (3% of the vote cast in this district in November 2010). No Democrat filed to run, even though a Democrat would not have needed to collect any signatures. Democrats didn€™t run for this seat in November 2010 either. The seat is in southern Mobile County. Thanks to Joshua Cassity for this news.

Bill Atkinson deserves the support of Constitution Party members and activists all over the country.  Unlike last Fall there are not now hundreds of Constitution Party candidates running for office to divide our attention.  We can focus our attention on this legislative special election to help really put the Constitution Party on the map in Alabama!  For more news about the Atkinson for State House Campaign please visit the campaign Facebook page at:  www.facebook.com/pages/Bill-Atkinson-for-Alabama-House-District-105/139946479403098.

We are the OFFICIAL Constitution Party of Texas

Accept no substitutes, and do not be fooled by imposters!

Yes, believe it or not, there are at least two other groups out there who like our concept so much that they have stolen our logos, our platform, and even our name! It's nice to be popular, but this is the real deal.

Just ask our National CP Chairman,
Jim Clymer
