Dear Constitution Party Friends and Supporter, HB820 serves to lower the ballot access requirement in Texas from around 45,000 to 500 signatures. WE NEED YOUR HELP! For those of you who are able, please plan to attend a hearing at the State Capitol Monday April 27 at 2:00. We are trying to rally the troops and show our support for this bill. The Elections Committee will be listening to public testimony on the bill and we want to be well represented. If at all possible we would like to fill the room. The location is Commerce and 12th and there is paid parking at Trinity and 12th for about $6. The hearing is in the annex of the Capitol building. Once entering you can ask for directions. Once in the annex there is a committee bulletin board near the Committee's office showing the room number. Clell Drumheller will be attending and you can make arrangements to meet him. 832-265-2599 If you can not attend, please contact the Election Committee members and express your support to them.
