Timothy Baldwin to speak at Constitution Party Texas Convention June 12, 2010
(Washington on the Brazos) - The Constitution Party of Texas invites you to hear Constitutional attorney, Timothy Baldwin, as one of two keynote speakers at the 2010 state convention. You may register here. (link)
Baldwin is the son of Pastor Chuck Baldwin, who was the 2008 CP candidate for President. He is not only articulate, but entertaining and you will find him to be a delight. Bring your children -- this man is a future leader in both the party and in the fight to restore our constitutional republic.
Many of our conservative friends say that there is no point in pursuing a third party, and they return to their futile efforts to take back the Republican Party. We know there are many fine people within that party, but the leadership has betrayed its members time and again. Perhaps you remember when Clinton was elected, and in an interview soon after, Barbara Bush admitted that "We have always been pro-choice, but you just couldn't say that in the Republican Party." Well, now Laura Bush had done virtually the same thing, telling Larry King, "I support homosexual marriage," and "I think Roe vs. Wade should remain law."
If there is ever to be a party that will stand up for the Constitution, it is incumbent upon Texans to build a new one, for the Socialist Republican and Socialist Democratic Parties are never going to do it. Insanity has been described as doing the same thing, getting bad results, and continuing to do the same thing over and over again. The answer to the challenge that a Third Party cannot win is that (a) they have done so in the past, and (b) if we don't try, what do we tell our children twenty or thirty years from now? That "we didn't try because we were afraid of failure"??
Come take a stand with us, and use it as an opportunity to teach your children about how America was, and ought to be.

We are the OFFICIAL Constitution Party of Texas
Accept no substitutes, and do not be fooled by imposters!
Yes, believe it or not, there are at least two other groups out there who like our concept so much that they have stolen our logos, our platform, and even our name! It's nice to be popular, but this is the real deal.
Just ask our National CP Chairman, Jim Clymer.
