On Monday, early enrollment began for my business development mastermind (ELEVATE).
Since you signed up for the mastermind waitlist, you're considering it. But you probably have questions. You might even feel a bit of skepticism as to whether it can work for you.
Because you’ve attended training, you've listened to how others do it, and have been applying all the things... Writing, speaking, conferences, lunches/meetings, pitches, and so on.
How is ELEVATE different? How will it bring real results?
In my 26+ combined years as a private practice lawyer and lawyer business coach, I’ve learned that success requires 3 things.
And I’m not talking just about monetary success. I’m talking about success in both law and life. Because why bother building a law practice you hate (or a practice that prevents you from living a whole life)?
#1: Strengths- and personality-based strategies.
There are many things you could do to build your business. You know all the ways (that's not the issue). The issue is choosing the right strategies for you.
For your personality.
For your strengths.
For your goals.
Figuring these things out is built into the ELEVATE program. And make no mistake: this is a game-changer. Because it provides motivation, makes you more consistent, and creates better results (with less time invested).
#2: Strategic action-taking.
Action-taking alone won't get you the results you want. You must be strategic. This is about doing less, better.
You don’t have to do all the things. Just the things that make sense for you, consistently.
Inside ELEVATE, you'll get guidance around what to do, when, and how (in a way that works specifically for you and the practice you want to build). And we will take into account current circumstances and time constraints.
This isn't about doing more. It's about having the right approach.
#3: Structured support.
We lawyers tend to believe we should do everything ourselves. This is nonsense, and exactly what leads us to give up and/or burn out.
Inside ELEVATE, you get a strong support structure of peers (on a similar journey) and a mentor who’s been there (that would be me). The result is better brainstorming, more creative problem-solving, and accountability. And also, more fun.
As proof that ELEVATE works, here is what past members have to say about what they got out of this experience:

I look forward to chatting soon.

P.S. If you’ve decided ELEVATE isn’t right for you, please just hit reply to let me know. I do not want to bug you about something that isn’t a fit.
