Subject: May 5th is Fr.ee Comic Book Day - Special Gift Inside!

Visual Marketing News
Most of us grew up watching cartoons on television and that shaped our comfort with watching video content.

But many of us also read comics as children - either comic books or the comic strips in the Sunday newspaper. I remember reading the funnies with my dad after church and Sunday dinner. "Little Lulu" and "Blondie and Dagwood" were some of my favorites.

Which comics do you remember from your childhood?

May 5th is "Free Comic Book Day"

This day was started a number of years ago in order to support local independent comic book sellers.  By giving away free comic books on this day, they can introduce new customers to the latest trends and styles of comics and perhaps encourage them to buy more comics.

If you'd like to find a participating local comic shop in your area, check here:
To celebrate comics on this day, I'm giving away a free PowerPoint template that you can use to design content in a comic style.

I'll be providing more resources in follow-up emails and I don't want to bother everyone on my list with this, if they are not interested in comics.

So I am asking you to enter your name and email at this link so that I know who wants to receive more comic-related resources.

This landscape template has 5 unique page/slide layouts with multiple panels per page.
