Maintaining Patient Confidentiality When Providing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder Treatment in Community Health Centers
This webinar is a collaboration among CAI, LAC, and Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers to bring training on 42 CFR Part 2 to Massachusetts Community Health Centers.
Learning Objectives
  • Determine if and when 42 CFR Part 2 applies to the provision of MOUD
  • Clarify the ways in which Part 2-protected information may be shared by providers within Community Health Centers and with external providers
  • Describe best practices for flagging and protecting Part 2 protected information
