Four Training Packages Available to Train Staff on SUD-related Privacy Laws

To support Privacy, Compliance, and Quality Officers in their role of training staff on the federal privacy regulations that apply to substance use disorder (SUD) treatment information, the CoE-PHI developed a set of four training packages that can be used to train staff on understanding and applying these regulations.

These training packages can be used in new employee orientations and periodic staff competency trainings, and for overall organizational capacity building.
