New CoE-PHI Resource Now Available

This resource provides a detailed timeline about the COVID-19 public health emergency and the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) enforcement of penalties for violating certain requirements under HIPAA.


Key Point: OCR has resumed enforcing violations of the HIPAA rules related to the use of telehealth for the provision of behavioral health services.
