Join our CoE-PHI Legal and Training Experts for a FREE national “Train-the-Trainer” webinar for Privacy, Compliance and Quality Officers who work within organizations that provide substance use disorder (SUD) services, to give them tools and resources they can use to provide required training to staff in federal health privacy laws, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 (Part 2) .


Objectives:

  • Describe existing CoE-PHI tools and resources Officers can use to provide training to staff in federal health privacy laws

  • Demonstrate how to train staff on the basics of the privacy laws that apply to SUD treatment information

  • Identify how to access training resources and how to contact us for technical assistance and training
