The Center of Excellence for Protected Health Information (CoE-PHI) is happy to share the first of a set of key resources to help healthcare professionals and administrators who provide substance use disorder (SUD) services to determine if Part 2 applies to them or their practice. The CoE-PHI’s Decision Tree: I Provide SUD Services in an FQHC: Does Part 2 Apply to Me? is meant to help SUD providers working in Federally Qualified Healthcare (FQHC) settings to determine whether Part 2 applies to their patient records.
