Dear STACK Parents & Visitors,
As a leader and advocate of the youth sports industry, we feel it is our duty to do our part to try to help keep kids and parents safe in our community.
By now you are all aware that the Coronavirus is going around the Bergen County area. In an attempt to put the health of you and your kids first, the start to the STACK Spring AAU Basketball season will be postponed for a period of time. To take extreme caution the STACK facility will be closed till further notice. All STACK members who are using services such as: private basketball training, basketball skills classes, speed and agility classes and adult fitness classes will all have their memberships frozen. All these memberships and service that you paid for will resume when the facility re-opens.
I do want to point out there is no known cases of the virus of anyone who has been in the STACK facility. I just decided to take extreme caution to help protect us all from social gatherings at practices and games.
We will still be having the full spring season and it will extend it into the summer, if necessary, to make sure all STACK players get the basketball you paid for. STACK is a healthy business and you are not in jeopardy of losing any money you spent with us.
I do ask that all parents remain in the program so our teams can stay intact for when the spring season resumes. I am hoping for an April 1st start, as from what I am hearing, some schools will close for a 2 week period. But no matter what the length of this postponement, your membership to STACK will be honored until we fulfill the services we promise.
During this time we will continue to disinfect the STACK facility, as we have been doing a few times per day over the past few weeks. We will also take this time to layout the full game schedule between tournaments and games so when we do start it will be completed for you.
I hope that everyone sees this decision for the STACK program as a sign of strength and maturity. The health and well being of the kids, parents and visitors who come to STACK is the most important thing to us.
