(CLA) Constraints-Led Approach Basketball IQ Training

Tuesdays | 6:00–7:00 PM | 6 Sessions


This class develops smarter, more adaptable basketball players using a Constraints-Led Approach. Through game-like situations and modified rules, athletes learn to read the floor, solve problems, and apply skills naturally in live play. Every rep has purpose and directly connects to real competition.


Dates:
1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10


Pricing Options:
• 1 session: $60
• 3 sessions: $150
• Full 6-session series: $240


Open to: Grades 3rd–8th

High School Stay Sharp Classes 

Skill-only training to stay sharp during the season.
Shooting • Ball Handling • Passing • Finishing
No games or scrimmages—just development.

Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Sundays)
Cost: $20 per session (8 sessions total)
Package: $100 for all 8 sessions
Open to: Grades 9th–12th Only

Lights Out – Shooting Gun Class

High-rep shooting sessions built for rhythm, confidence, and consistency.
Fast-paced, one-hour workouts using the Shooting Gun for maximum shot volume.

Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Sundays)
Cost: $40 per session (8 sessions total)
Package: $250 for all 8 sessions
Open to: Grades 5–12
Requirement: Players must be able to consistently reach and shoot over the net from the 3-point line to participate.
