The Player of the Week Award for our Free Basketball Clinic, goes out after each workout to the player who demonstrates the intangible qualities that are in all great basketball players. Coach Ryan Tremblay is always stressing important qualities like: being a vocal leader, being enthusiastic, encouraging your teammates, diving on the floor for loose balls, getting teammates excited, be an emotional leader, working hard, participating, listening and playing tough defense. The Player of the Week Award will go to the type of player that not only Coach Tremblay likes but all coaches and players would want on their team.

Every week Justin has showed improvement leading up to his best workout yet. Justin's willingness to learn and hard work to improve his basketball skills was a pleasure to watch on Friday. His participation in our clinic has been one of the best each week, as he is raising his hand on every question that Coach Ryan Tremblay asks. Justin is also currently #1 in points accumulated so far in Coach Ryan Tremblay's Online Basketball Camp for showing his participation, enthusiasm, positive mental attitude and being a good teammate by encouraging other members of the camp.

We recently spoke to Justin and asked him some questions about his experience at The Free Basketball Clinic. 

Coach Ryan: "Justin, what do you like most about the basketball clinic?
Justin: "I really like to work on my Triple Threat Position and making moves to the basket from it."
Coach Ryan: "What qualities do you like to demonstrate the most in the basketball clinic?"
Justin: "I like to show my good work ethic by showing up each week and working hard. I also love to participate and answer as many questions about key terms as possible"
Coach Ryan: "What is your nickname?"
Justin: "Special J"
