Whether you are trying out for your upcoming HS season, travel, rec, CYO, or even our Winter AAU tryouts (more on that later), our tryout combine workouts will get you prepared.
This 90 minute session will be filled with ball handling, finishing (for guards and bigs), shooting, conditioning, and game situation skills for both offense and defense.
Coach Atom will lead each participant through challenging shooting, ball handling, defense and finishdrills just to name a few!
The objective of the combine is to have you leave even better than when you walked in the door. This way you're prepared for your tryouts! |

Our Winter AAU tryouts will begin the last week of November with practices starting the first week of December.
Practices will be twice per week (60 minutes) for the Winter time on any two days Monday-Thursday.
Our Winter AAU season runs for 3 months (December-February). Boys & Girls from 3rd - HS can Tryout.

Shooting Machine Classes & Rentals |

November 9th & 10th from 5-6:30 PM
We will be hosting 90 minute sessions where the entire workout will be nothing but shooting with our shooting gun with a variety of different drills and shots. Our coaches will provide tips and corrections when needed. The space will be limited for these classes so be sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible if interested.

Rentals: We are excited to announce we are now renting out the shooting gun for anyone interested in coming in to get shots up on your own.
The cost to rent the shooting gun is $30 for the hour. If you wish to have a coach with you, that would be just like booking a regular training but the coach can use the gun in your training if requested.

We are happy to offer a variety of training here at STACK. Each training has it's own benefit to your game. Don't hesitate to reach out to inquire about any of our training programs.
We also offer TEAM training for any travel, rec, cyo team that is in need of assistance. We can run training sessions for you as well as help you create a practice plan, provide team drills, or breakdown the drills for your team based on the skillsets.
