What you do in the first few minutes
of your day sets the tone for the rest
of your day.


This is why it's very important to begin
your day with thoughts of success,
good health, inner peace and happiness.

It's also why when someone's in a bad
mood we often say that he or she
"woke up on the wrong side of the bed".
