Class #3 Wrap up

Thank you for participating in Class #3! This is one of those classes where you could probably watch it multiple times and receive more different information each time. 

Here are some of the materials I told you I'd be sending along with the follow-up email.

The three philosophies
I encourage you to pick one of these three ways of looking at your life (because they are all true) that can help you handle the negative emotions and alleviate suffering overall.

1. Embrace the negative emotional experiences as Source and appreciate them for how they make you feel, even if the feeling is unpleasant.

2. Recognize your 3D incarnation is a simple artificial intelligence (Roomba) and observe your AI as that you don't take negative emotions so seriously

3. Constantly recognize that you are a temporary you and that this whole world that we live in is a temporary whim of Source (you?)

Homework
1. Every day list one thing that seemed to go WRONG in your life, but evaluate it for the benefit you actually received from going through that painful or difficult experience.

2. Every day list one thing you are grateful for in some detail. (Not a list of 3 things, just one!) Explain WHY you are grateful for it.

3. Stop multiple times per day and remember that you are Source. Set an alarm on your phone to go off every two hours. When you hear that alarm, pause for a moment. Close your eyes. FEEL that you are Source just occupying this temporary human as a temporary experience.
