Class #2 - Raising Your Vibration - Recap
Hello Amazing Beings!
Be prepared to hear me say AWAKEN many times this week, and make sure you have those three crystals available when you watch.

I mentioned this article when I talked about the gratefulness practice.
Here is some homework I want you to do.
Highest Priority: 1. Listen to the vibration increase activation (MP3 file) that I sent you before class began at least every other day.
2. Continue with your gratefulness exercise on Facebook, but up it to FIVE and focus on the small things -- the 'living in the moment' things.
3. Meditate using one (or more) of the following approaches:
a. The Self-inquiry exercise - Observe who YOU are b. The 6-6 breathing method - 6 seconds breath in, pause, and then 6 seconds breath out c. Allow your thoughts to come, take notes, and continue to focus on breathing -- not worrying about how "good" at it you are. It's a chance to relax. d. Talk to the master - Ask questions and listen for a response.
5. Every morning, declare that you are pulling from the unlimited energy resources of the universe for your day.
6. Make a modification to your diet to raise your vibration - eliminate at least one vibration-lowering habit... processed foods, sweets, alcohol -- you choose!
Lower Priority (Extra Credit)
1. Find a breathwork exercise online and do it. 2. Ground yourself on the Earth - barefoot on the Earth. If it's too cold, the basement floor works. Or at least do a grounding guided meditation exercise. 3. Take steps to decalcify your pineal gland
