Cinemapolis is your nonprofit independent movie theater.

We are a home for films that challenge, educate, inspire, and entertain.

We are a vital partner for local community organizations, and we are a key player in building a vibrant downtown Ithaca.

We couldn't be any of these things without the generous support of our donors.

Join us as we celebrate the end of the year with a selection of films hand-picked by the team at Cinemapolis — each lovingly chosen after much debate in the lobby.

This Wednesday, November 29 is the final evening show of PRISCILLA. Thursday, November 30 is the final matinee.

KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON will not be showing this weekend, but you can catch the final shows next week, December 4—6.

DREAM SCENARIO

Hapless family man Paul Matthews (Nicolas Cage) finds his life turned upside down when millions of strangers suddenly start seeing him in their dreams. But when his nighttime appearances take a nightmarish turn, Paul is forced to navigate his newfound stardom, in this wickedly entertaining comedy from writer-director Kristoffer Borgli (SICK OF MYSELF) and producer Ari Aster (BEAU IS NOT AFRAID).

"Nicolas Cage goes delightfully, derangedly meta in DREAM SCENARIO, a smart, dizzyingly entertaining horror-comedy that morphs into scathing social satire." — Washington Post

Kristoffer Borgli
