Greetings Cinemapolitans!

The new year brings new movies and new detours to get to the cinema. During the current phase of utility installation for the Asteri Ithaca project, the Green Street Crosswalk will re-open, and all patrons should enter the cinema from the South using that method.

Access from the north (The Commons) will be blocked, so patrons should follow the Commons to Cayuga Street and cross at the library.

If you need to drop off another patron, there are passenger drop off parking spaces across the street in front off Urban Outfitters.

OPENING FRIDAY, JANUARY 7

179 min, NR

We're keeping a close eye on local conditions relating to the spread of COVID-19 and transmission of the Delta and Omicron variants in our community. Following guidance from the CDC, Governor Hochul's office, and the Tompkins County Department of Health, we are continuing to require facemasks for ALL patrons and staff, regardless of vaccination status, throughout the cinema.

Patrons may remove their masks when seated and enjoying snacks in their screening room. Seating in each auditorium continues to be limited to 50% of total capacity to allow patrons to sufficiently distance their party from other guests.

Find out more about the safety of the movie-going experience in this new study on cinema ventilation.

Hope to see you at the movies again soon!
